At AHP, we’re proud to be playing a leading role in bringing to life Aberdeen City Council’s overarching aim to put in place a citywide low-carbon heat network. For commercial customers, this means offering a reliable, cost-effective service that helps meet key planning requirements while reducing carbon emissions.

We work closely with developers, contractors, and technical advisors to identify tailored solutions to each project’s needs, ensuring a smooth specification, installation, and handover process.
AHP’s heat is delivered via a plate heat exchanger — usually located in a basement plant room — and this both frees up valuable internal space and allows for simpler, more flexible system design.

All AHP plant and equipment has a long life — constantly monitored to ensure optimum reliability — and our maintenance costs are significantly lower than those associated with conventional energy technologies.
Our connection process begins by confirming whether we can deliver to your premises — this is based primarily on your location. Once connected, we offer scheduled summer maintenance, a rapid, responsive call-out service, and AHP’s highly competitive tariffs.
